Unlike most of our competitors, we provide a rental search facility as well. We offer exactly the same comprehensive service as if you were buying a house - whether it be pre-viewing the properties on your behalf, arranging a tour for you, or supplying advice on schools and local facilities. The fee for this service is one month's rent which is completely refundable if you use Hamilton Private Clients Ltd for your house purchase in the future.
